Women Empowerment
There is no other tool for development as effective as empowerment of women .
This is exactly what we strive to achieve by identifying and extending help to financially underprivileged women of the society .
This intervention needs to be a continuous process for their development and poverty alleviation as empowerment helps to define and create needs through a women’s perspective .
Our efforts are wholeheartedly directed towards empowerment and sensitization of and towards women . By giving them a platform to be self sufficient , we endeavour to create a self sustainable, financially strong and a respectable environment for them .
Women not only constitute a strong backbone of their families but also of the society. There should be no reason whatsoever to ignore or neglect their most basic needs and wants.
Objectives of the program:
Our NGO modus operandi towards achieving this goal will be as follows :
- Identifying the needy masses of the financially backward strata.
- Identifying skill development programmes for these women so that they can be self reliant and self sufficient financially for themselves and their families .
- Micro financing these women so that they can pool their merge savings with a biting help to overcome economic shock .
- Identifying local self help groups run by women and creating opportunities to coalite these needy masses to upscale their skills .
- Working towards sensitization of women by holding regular campaigns .
- Educating women on sanitization and cleanliness.
- For strategic looking life choices that are available these women need to be aware of the choices available .
- Uplifting the highly stereotyped and pathetically vulnerable women of the poor strata of society and sustaining their long term growth and development .
